This could be related or not, but a few updates ago, my airlink was able to hold constant 200mbps. At some point, with some update I started having some hard dips, now it only hold 200mbps with a static image, the slightest head movement or image rapid change, throws the bitrate down to 100mbps (sometimes even lower).
I began to think maybe my router deteriorated somehow. But I've made dozens of tests, even downloading through the Quest go up to 300mbps (my internet speed) no problem. Virtual Desktop can easily keep it's 150mbps without a single stutter. So what gives? How can the device download at 300, VD hold 150, but Airlink is sweating to keep 100?
I'm having exact same issues, checked with oculus debug tool and barely getting 20-50Mbps in a WiFi 6 setup, really close to the dedicated router I have for this, my quest 2 still holds 200Mbps in the same setup
