Hi,

It seems that after PTC v57 the Companion Device Manager is no longer working correctly. The Companion Device Manager window appears but it keeps loading and the device allowing-window never appears. This was still functioning correctly in V56.

I created a new post for it that can be found here. I also attached image of the bug. This is extremely important feature for many training applications.
