Star.Knight I had that happening just about every week when I first got the headset and it seemed to be related to an external battery no longer having charge. Initially I thought it was the port or the cable, but then it seemed to only pop up when there was no longer an external charge source. Not sure why, but recently it hasn't happened as often even when the external battery is at 0%. I am not on v62 yet, but wondering if that is the case for yours too...
