PTC v67 Release Thread

Thanks everyone for all your feedback on our previous builds, several bugs were identified in PTC v66 and the solutions for some have shipped, while others are on the way!

The Public Test Channel (PTC) for Quest v67 is starting to roll out soon for Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, and Meta Quest 3. 

If you're seeing an issue or bug after updating to PTC v67 jump on over to our Get Help board and search for any existing thread, if you don't find one, make a new thread. Please add the tag "PTC v67" to the thread and in the title. This way everyone can look for just PTC v67 issues too.

It's best if you can post each bug you spot in its own thread, to keep track of individual issues separately.

Share your impressions and let us know if you see any issues. Please make sure to also send in bug reports along with posting on the forums if you notice anything going wrong.

We know it's tough when you run into a problem on a PTC build and want to thank you all again for testing out PTC and sharing your feedback! This feedback is extremely helpful to our engineering teams. We appreciate your interest and persistence in testing out the core functionality of software as we develop!

    Is there a way to have the PTC release note ?

    V67 already installed 3 days ago (500mo)

    1.25gb update available . What changes ?

    I got 67.0.0.504.356 yesterday and the 6GHz connection seems much more stable. No longer does the signal drop every so often and connection does not seem to take a matter of minutes to establish.

    So far this update is a good start. Although some v66 features are still missing Meta! Like the better passthrough and hiding apps. This soft roll out is really murder.

    It seems the new layout full screen mode doesn't detect the gamepad inputs.   Any android controller would be disabled

    yo me compré los meta Quest 2 y al 3 día en el ojo derecho no se veía nada, se veía completa mente oscuro y solo puedo ver de un ojo

    this update is great, but I have a few notes for it:
    1) It would be cool to make it possible for windows to fly behind me in end-to-end mode, such as a browser or whatsapp.
    2) I would like to be able to tilt windows like a keyboard.
    3) The ability to enlarge the windows even more than it is.
    4) it is strange that during the full-screen viewing of the application, there is no way to zoom in or out the window
     
    of the errors, I noticed:
    1) if you open fullscreen mode in YouTube, after a while the browser becomes non-clickable, it is unpleasant and you have to update the YouTube page.
    2) sometimes the keyboard appears outside the browser window

    I hope the multi window will be optional in the future or a way to disable in the future.  I'm already used to disabling all of Apples' useless features, this would be nothing new for me. While I see it's good for those who use for work and productivity, I would find it very distracting if I'm watching a movie.  

    Passthrough is still messy though and distorted, blurry movies/videos making my experience uncomfortable and allowing no more than 20 minutes at a time with the headset on,  and I too would like to know how to hide folders/apps.
