Moriarti4 Quest Games Optimizer site stated "when installing the application with Mobile VR Station" I don't use Mobile VR Station to install QGO the last time I installed it. But another thing, it depends on if QGO support V74, since it's still on PTC, meaning Meta haven't fully released the firmware to all software to support it.
