I have v28 on my Quest v28 on PC

But still no airlink or 120hz option i only have the airlink option in the PC app under beta settings.

Rebooted my headset many times, and that did not work for me.

You have to reset to default the Experimental settings in your Q2 headset. After the headset reboots, you should now see Air Link and 120hz options.
