I finally got around to trying Asgard's Wrath 2 today, which just happened to coincide with the release of the first Quest 3 enhancement update. I gotta say, I'm really liking it so far. It looks very good, the movement feels great, and combat feels improved over the first game.
I played the first couple hours of Asgard's Wrath 1 when it released on PC, and I didn't enjoy the combat much. I may go back after AW2 and try again to get into it.
I don't understand the low score from UploadVR. They didn't seem to have much to complain about in the review, but for a game this big, polished, and full of content, 3 stars seems harsh. Most other reviews I've seen have praised it as the best VR game to date.
Anyway, for my part, I'm impressed by what I've seen and I feel compelled to keep playing it. That's more than can be said for many of the games in my backlog, spanning PC, PCVR, and Quest. (I also have a backlog on Oculus Go, but I've accepted that I'm unlikely to ever tackle that one.)
