On V83 and getting that can't connect error on boot and also starts out initially very bright then mellows down. Also when playing golf+ when going from 1 shot to the next it goes very bright on transition then dims back.
I have this issue too, I had to disable the adaptive brightness that on previous firmwares worked fine.
