Objet : Problème matériel (Haut-parleur gauche défaillant) – Lunettes Oakley Meta
Madame, Monsieur, Je vous contacte concernant une paire de lunettes Oakley Meta achetée il y a seulement trois jours. Malgré un usage soigneux, je constate qu'il n'y a plus aucun son provenant du haut-parleur gauche. Le haut-parleur droit fonctionne normalement, mais le côté gauche reste totalement muet. Afin de résoudre le problème par moi-même, j'ai déjà effectué les démarches suivantes à plusieurs reprises sans succès : Réinitialisation d'usine des lunettes (plus de 10 tentatives). Suppression et nouvel appairage dans les paramètres Bluetooth de mon téléphone. Désinstallation et réinstallation complète de l'application Meta View. Rien n'a permis de rétablir le son à gauche, ce qui semble indiquer un défaut matériel. Le produit étant sous garantie et acheté très récemment, je sollicite votre assistance pour procéder à un échange standard ou à une réparation.
Missing 1080p @60fps and 5 minutes video length
Good day, I recently purchased the Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 Wayfarer glasses. According to the v21 release notes, 1080p at 60fps and the 5-minute video recording option should be available. However, I do not see these options on my device. My glasses are updated to the latest firmware version (v22). I have already tried restarting the device and performing a factory reset, but the options are still not available. Could you please advise on how to enable these features or confirm whether they are supported on my device? Thank you.Languages- oh c'mon!
Am I the only one who thinks the choice of languages is not really useful? OK, Spanish- sure, Italian-OK, German- hmmmm, French- What???, Portuguese-What??? I encounter Spanish speaking people everyday. Italian- ok, lots of Italian restaurants, etc. and I probably come in contact with Italian speakers in my neighborhood, etc. German- Not sure where that would be useful unless I went to Germany and the EU. French-most of us don't go to fancy French restaurants or make jaunts to France and I never come in contact with a French speaking person here in the U.S. Same for Portuguese. The language that is needed, and would be most useful, is Mandarin/Chinese! No matter what I do or where I go there are Chinese speaking people. I could use that everyday. What was Meta thinking? Replace the French with Mandarin/Chinese and replace the Portuguese with maybe Japanese or Vietnamese. Some other glasses that will be coming out will include many more languages. Meta- at lease give us languages we can use in daily life. OK, maybe I'm the only one who thinks this. I don't live in California, maybe French is super useful there? Sigh.
Meta and Garmin integration
I have Oakley Meta glasses and have the meta app in my Garmin Edge GPS when I ask meta for my heart rate it replies telling me what my Ant+ heart sensor is telling the Garmin. However if I ask the Garmin which is showing the gear the SRAM GX rear mech which data is also taken from an sensor on the Rear mech, and displayed on the Garmin screen, Meta says it is unable to tell me what gear I am in, is this an issue or is this not possible and if not can you add it to future improvements

No los recomiendo
El porque de que no los recomiendo es que el español México es malísimo y habla como indu aparte las notificaciones te llegan en ingles y te quiere hablar en inglés con indu aparte dura 4 horas fotos de mala calidad para pagar más de 500$ no vale la pena aparte la transición de oscurecer por el sol no sirve no se oscurece funciona más unos lentes de 5$ de verdad no los recomiendo los Rayban generación 2 mucha publicidad para lo que realmente hace
