No Garmin in the Oakley Vanguard
Hi, I don't have Garmin on my Meta AI app and I have restarted the app, deleted the vanguard a couple of times in the app and still don’t see the garmin in the App Connections area. I bought brand new Rayban Gen2 Meta Ai glasses this weekend. My partner was setting the glasses up for the first time and within 5 mins of use the glasses overheated whilst he was doing so and connection completely stopped. Keep in mind we were inside our air conditioned home at night time. The battery went from 100% to 29% within minutes and kept draining whilst we had the glasses sitting under our air conditioning waiting for them to become usable. I have three pair of Meta AI Glasses: Oakley HSTN Oakley Vanguard Ray-Ban Wayfarer All of the glasses except the Oakley Vanguard are on v21. The Vanguard are on v17. This was released almost a month ago, so trying to determine why they aren't updating and if anything can be done. Any guidance would be appreciated. I tried opening a case directly with Oakley, they pointed me to Meta. When I try to open a case with Meta, when I finally get to the point to inputting the serial number, it says the serial number is invalid. So, essentially, I'm stuck. Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue with the garmin and strava apps with alot people, I tried everything updating the app, restarting both devices even doing factory reset on the vanguard, and none of them worked, both apps doesn’t appear to me on the app neither Strava or Garmin Connect, my location is Singaporedylan_st0118 days agoHonored Guest0likes0CommentsGli occhiali non danno più segni di vita!
Oggi dopo il solito giro in moto ho notato che gli occhiali non erano più connessi, allora ho pensato fossero scarichi dato che con volume basso potrei non aver sentito gli avvertimenti. A distanza di 1 ora circa ho riacceso gli occhiali ma non succede nulla. Ho provato a forzare il riavvio col tastino..ho provato a resettare tutto ai dati di fabbrica ma niente! Anyone has this problem too and found solution? I have 2 meta Oakley glasses and same issue. After workout, it goes back to saying metric but of a finished workout. Hello, I recently bought a pair of meta ray ban display glasses. They’re awesome, but no matter what I try instagram won’t behave as it should. The app is stuck in the state it was in when first setting up the glasses. So any new messages received or sent are not shown at all. Hola soy de España y estoy intentando vincular las gafas de Oakley Vanguard con Garmin y al conectar con Garmin se queda la pantalla en blanco sin poder continuar. He realizado todos los ajustes de instalar y desistalar las app y no se soluciona. Hi, I tried to connect Garmin and Strava to the Meta AI app and it does not work. After consenting, a white screen appears and nothing else happens. I tried resetting my glasses and reinstalling the Meta AI app but these did not work. These glasses were a Christmas gift and it is a very disappointing experience given the price. Equally the customer service experience is poor. I saw this issue is widespread with no clear fix.
