Meta Hyperscape Capture
Greetings, This is such an exciting application. I recently created captures of my childhood home. I divided the house into smaller sections to scan. Most of the scans worked out well. The problem - I stared one scan in a small room at the base of a set of stairs. I scanned the stairs, then climbed the stairs to scan the upper floor. I completed each phase of the capture, returned to the base of the stairs, and began the next phase. The result of rendering starts me at the base of the stairs, but it doesn't let me climb them. I am confident the data is there, but I cannot reach the upper floor. Is there a way to change my starting location or teleport to the upper floor? I am thinking my only option is to capture it again. I have a second question. How durable are these scans? It seems we may not be able to rely on captures as a long-term asset. I am interested in any context or plans for preserving these captures. Thank you in advance for your constructive replies.
gorilla tag will not respond
ok for some info, ive just gotten my vr and ever game has worked fine, but from the day after i got it to now ( 7 days later ), gorilla tag says “ gorilla tag wont respond “ and leaves me on the loading screen, if i click wait it pops up again 5-10 seconds later, and if i close and re open the app it does the same thing. ive uninstalled gorila tag, cleared my cache, restarted the vr, and nothing seems to work! but all my other games work fine and its frustrating because gorilla tag has been my favorite game so far. please help:)
Migration reset my Quest account — no email access, lost games
Hey everyone, I really need help. My Meta Quest account got reset/lost after the account migration happened. I had around $150 worth of games purchased on that account, and now I can’t access any of them. The problem is: I no longer have access to the email that was linked to the account • It was also connected to an old Facebook account I can’t log into anymore • Because I lost access to the email, I never saw the migration emails or the coupon emails Meta sent out • Now I can’t recover the account through password reset or login Has anyone else dealt with this migration issue and successfully recovered their account? If so, what steps worked for you? I’d really appreciate any help , I don’t want to lose all the games I paid for. Thanks!

Looks like a lot of people are getting this message when trying to purchase something. Wondering if anyone has been able to resolve it? I've had a ticket in 2 weeks, and they won't respond to me. If I start a chat to ask questions about it I'm told they have to close the chat to get me a status, then I get an email with a generic message telling me, they need more time. It's odd you can't call anyone to get help, or they don't send updates or anything. I'm not sure I've ever dealt with such poor support. (It's a dumb solution but what I've done is setup a separate account, using the same credit cards and I gift myself what I want from my other account, that's worked for me, but it does not appear to work for game dlc/expansions) Other messages about this state the solution is to put in a support ticket, that might be the only way to resolve it, I don't know, but so far, I 've not found anyone that has been helped by support. Re: Hardy World Spades 2K25 and creator HardyWest; HORIZON WORLDS On July 6, 2022, I purchased his original chair, The Throne. It is the most expensive chair currently sells. When I come to play, I am not able to choose this chair and instead assigned a different chair. I cannot reach HardyWest because he has me blocked for reasons unknown. Regardless, I want what I paid for especially because other community members who purchased in 2022 have theirs. This is evolving into a legal matter and I need to connect with someone to rectify the issue before filing a complaint.Meta Horizon Link launches on startup. It should not do this.
The quest app is persistently launching on startup. I have checked the apps settings and followed steps here: I have set all them to not launch on startup. Why is there no setting in the app to just disable this. I absoloutely do not want this app launching on startup. Meta Horizon Link Version 83.0.0.333.349 (83.0.0.333.349)
