Willkommensbonus – geht das nur mir so?
Hallo zusammen, ich bin seit Kurzem neuer Meta-Quest-3-Nutzer und wollte mal in die Runde fragen, wie eure Erfahrungen als Neukunden waren. Ich habe mir vor Kurzem eine Quest 3 gekauft und seitdem bereits über 100 € für Spiele und Zubehör im Meta Quest Store ausgegeben, weil mir das Spielerlebnis wirklich richtig gut gefällt. Besonders das gemeinsame Spielen begeistert mich so sehr, dass ich aktuell sogar darüber nachdenke, mir eine zweite Quest 3 zu holen, um gemeinsam mit meinem Sohn spielen zu können. Was mich allerdings etwas überrascht hat: Ich habe bislang keinerlei Willkommensvorteile erhalten – keinen Testmonat für Meta Quest+, keinen Gutschein, keinen kleinen Rabatt oder Ähnliches. Mir ist klar, dass es darauf keinen Anspruch gibt, aber bei einer Hardware-Investition in dieser Größenordnung (erst recht, wenn man perspektivisch zwei Geräte kauft) hätte ich zumindest ein kleines Einstiegsangebot erwartet. Mich würde interessieren: Ging das nur mir so oder hatten andere Neukunden ähnliche Erfahrungen? Gab es bei euch Willkommensangebote – automatisch oder erst nach Nachfrage? Findet ihr, Meta sollte Neukunden hier etwas stärker abholen? Ich frage das ausdrücklich konstruktiv, weil mir die Plattform wirklich Spaß macht und ich sie gern langfristig nutzen möchte. Gerade für Familien- und Multiplayer-Setups wäre ein kleiner Anreiz am Anfang aus meiner Sicht ein starkes Signal. Bin gespannt auf eure Erfahrungen und Meinungen. Viele Grüße

Hello. I bought the Meta Quest S a month ago and for brain health I installed the ENHANCE app and it was perfect. Until two days ago when the menu appears but the game library doesn’t load. It’s an app that has been out for years and the comments are from a few months to a year ago. I would like to know if they have shut it down or if it’s a temporary problem. Thank you very much for reading. It would help me a lot for my health.
Unable to use Quest Cash or add any credit cards
Hello! I am CrimsonWinterr, and I would like to share how I cannot add any credit cards (I have none on my Quest account as of now.) nor use my Quest Cash. It says to file an appeal, but it doesn’t send an e-Mail to file one, whenever many sources say it should. It says it is for my own security- when it is on my account, on my headset? This is unbelievable. It does not say there is one single strike to my account that prevents me from doing so! Please fix this instantly if you read this, Meta.Split the app lab store again
Dear Meta, This is not a small request, but it has become a significant problem. I have no issue at all with supporting small creators and encouraging them to add their games to the store. However, not long ago, those games were placed in a separate section, the “App Lab.” Now all of these games have been added alongside the regular titles, and the store is filled with cheesy AI slop. It’s genuinely off-putting to browse. I appreciate that you’re trying to make the UI look more advanced in the latest firmware, but if you allow the app store to be flooded with low-budget, extremely uninviting games, new users who are unaware that these two stores have been merged won’t think, “Wow, there are so many new games.” They’ll think, “Why are there so many awful games?” My honest reaction was: “Meta has given up. They’re going bankrupt, and this is a last-ditch effort to make the library look actively updated.” Please, for the love of god, do not ever mix these games with regular titles again. There should be a button that says “Show community games,” and new users should be made aware that they can enable it, but it should absolutely not be enabled by default. That would be a huge mistake. Right now, it just looks horrid. What happened to the Ouya? The exact same thing. Their final move was to flood the store with cheap slop to make it look full again, and then they went bankrupt. Do you actually want VR to grow? A lot of people have heard of VR and only tried mobile VR cardboard. But when I show them the Quest, they’re immediately hooked. Get more local stores to run demos. Let high schools get involved with VR, those are the target group. But for the love of god, don’t overflow your app store with soulless games in a desperate effort to boost sales. And off-topic: thankfully, you re-enabled APK installation again, thank you for that. I love tinkering with my device. If you’re afraid of losing game sales due to piracy, implement better security checks so ripped games won’t run. But don’t take away the freedom to install HLVR mods, Quake, or other 2D APKs. Those apps are what make the Quest twice as exciting. Anyway, I really hope you reconsider this. It has gotten so bad that I’m buying fewer games simply because I can’t find the good ones anymore. Horizon worlds start position problems
The map I am makeing has a start position and an end position but when I preview my map I spawn in random places throughout the map and some parts do not work as expected this is really ruining my map because theres no guarantee this thing will work properley and display my work the way I intended this is very frustratingVirtual Purchase Not Provided
Re: Hardy World Spades 2K25 and creator HardyWest; HORIZON WORLDS On July 6, 2022, I purchased his original chair, The Throne. It is the most expensive chair currently sells. When I come to play, I am not able to choose this chair and instead assigned a different chair. I cannot reach HardyWest because he has me blocked for reasons unknown. Regardless, I want what I paid for especially because other community members who purchased in 2022 have theirs. This is evolving into a legal matter and I need to connect with someone to rectify the issue before filing a complaint.
