Oculus Quest 1. Lost Account, Games and Money!
Hi there, I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. The other day I decided to revisit some games I had purchased on my Quest 1, only to discover that my account is now unusable. After the account migration, it appears to have completely disappeared, all the games and apps I bought are gone, along with the money I spent on them. I’ve tried to contact support, but I haven’t been able to get any access to it. It feels particularly frustrating given that Meta has stopped supporting Quest 1 users, which makes it difficult not to wonder whether this situation is being overlooked because resolving it could involve significant refunds. When I originally purchased these games, there was nothing in the policy stating that my account could effectively be deleted or that I could permanently lose access to purchases. From my perspective, it feels as though I’ve paid for content that has simply been taken away. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I genuinely don’t understand why this would happen to paying customers. Hey everyone. First of all, I've read the related pages: https://www.meta.com/en-gb/help/orders-and-returns/240408565199886/ and https://www.meta.com/it/en/legal/quest/digital-content-referrals/ I have some questions that aren't answered in either of them: if someone clicks my link and accepts the referral but does not purchase/purchases and then refunds the app, is that slot lost? Or does the use count return to me if one of these things happen? is there a way to see a counter of how many times a specific link has been used? does the 15% discount remain constant for every person who redeems a certain app or does it decrease over usage (eg: 1st 15%, 2nd 10%, 3rd 5%)? do the persons need to stay friends until 14 days have passed since the purchase? Unable to donwload/purchase games rated for ages 16 an up. Meta Support doesn't help me.
Hello everyone, I recently received a Meta Quest 3S, but I'm not yet 18, which means I'm unable to download/purchase apps and games rated for ages 16 and up. I have my parents' permission, and Meta Quest support couldn't help me either, as they said there's no support for my device. Oculus Quest 1 – Can't find the right app for PC connection
Hello everyone, I have an Oculus Quest 1 (first generation) and want to connect it to my PC. The main issue is that I can't seem to find or figure out which specific app is currently needed for this. The official Oculus app no longer seems to support Quest 1, and I'm confused about the alternatives. I hear with new purchases you get Batman for free and I have a receipt that I bought from it Walmart Canada . Hi all, My son has been playing I am Bird since Christmas. The game has not stopped loading, all the other games/apps are still loading fine. I have gone through all the trouble shooting suggestions I have found online and it still won't launch. When I open the app the I am Bird photo comes up but it won't move on from there. Can't access Worlds
I recently got a 3S for Christmas and when I tried to access Worlds through the device it wouldn't let me saying it's unavailable. Then I tried it on the mobile app and it said that my account is restricted for violating several rules. It told me to check my email and there was none. I checked my account standing and it says that it is perfectly fine. I talked to the little AI helper but it's telling me to do things that are literally impossible like submitting an appeal when there is no option to do so.
