Adding Meta Quest 3
So i had to reset my Meta Quest 3 and delete the registration. Now i will add the Quest 3 in my user account but i cant. I need the rma Code or any bill. How is possible without? I connect the quest3 with meta horizon successfully. thanks for helping. The quest3 is now 3 years old and out of support.

Hola a todos desde que se ha actualizado a la versión v.83 mis meta quest 3 me es imposible jugar en pcvr porque se congela la.imagen .Al iniciar el visor me sale un mensaje en la parte superior como que algo está mal que lo intente más tarde. Cada actualización que lanza meta inutiliza más y más un visor nada barato y no hay un soporte técnico que esté ahí para los usuarios os estáis coronando meta estoy muy decepcionado espero que arreglen todos los fallos que están provocando y que sufrimos los usuarios. Al.final tendré que deshacerme de estas gafas
Purple Sky PCVR Link loading screen gets stuck/locked/frozen
I bought a Quest 3, a couple of days ago, it initially worked ok. But I wanted to get the best out of it, so I gave ChatGPT all my PC/GPU/Game and play information, of which I updated all the various settings, until I broke the PC Link, after 8 hours of trouble shooting/multiple reinstalls. I eventually found the one setting out of nearly 200 that resolved my issue. I found out that the Purple Sky PCVR Link loading screen gets stuck/locked/frozen if you have used the Oculus Debug Tool and set the Encode Bitrate (Mbps) too high (I can use 940, but NOT 1000, my cable tests at 2.9Gbps)! To test, set it to 0 (auto), use the Service menu to Restart Oculus Service, wait 2 mins and try the link again. Note: Restarting the Oculus Service this way kicks you out of the Purple Sky PCVR Link loading screen. Happy VR'ing!Deluso
...tempo fa ebbi modo di conoscere Meta Horizon S3 . brasato con convulsioni. Rapida indagine, venditore Amazon, poi ho scoperto chi è Meta con tutto il resto. Adesso sono fermo perchè le spiegazioni di operatività per me sono incomprensibili che fare? Siamo in piena tecnologia e quindi lasciamo ai ragazzi queste opportunità. Lo venderò con molto rammarico. I just spent 5 hours trying to link my new 3s to the Horizon app and tried everything possible that was recommended on line. Someone told me there was a post on here earlier today about this issue in which Meta acknowledges they are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it. Anyone else try to connect a new one today? Any issues?
Can’t get past the pairing screen after factory reset on meta quest 2
I’ve reset both the meta quest 2 and my phone. Both are up to date on software. Removed app reinstalled it. Factory reset the quest 2 and still not able to use my VR. It’s stuck on the pairing setup screen. I also get this weird error on the app under headset setting.
Cable and pairing doesn't work
We recently purchased a Meta Quest Pro. When we attempted to connect the headset to a PC using the USB-C cable included with the Meta Quest package, the device was not detected. We then tried a different USB-C cable, and the headset was recognized; however, a message appeared stating “Use USB 3 for a better connection.” We connected the headset using a USB 3 port, but the device was not detected. We also have issues with pairing the device. Could you please help us with these issues? Looking forward to hear back from you soon,
Utter waste of money
So, a brand new Quest 3. Wouyld not pair out the box. Now stuck in endless update loop (5 hours) where it says applying update and then restarts...and then does so again and again. Quest is plugged in. I have factory reset 3 times and every time same happens. The online solution is to connect to a PC. But I have a mac and there is no solution online to solve this utter fiasco. Hello, I thought this would have been fixed by now but since one of the latest updates, our Unity builds are crashing on startup (builds that did not have this issue last week). It's a desktop/VR app and the desktop part starts up no issues ; but, as soon as we start the app with HMD mounted, it crashes whenever VR is "started" (the loading screen has no problem but it crashes once VR components are enabled).
