Meta quest pro controller not powering on
My meta quest pro controller was completely fine 2 days ago, but when I took it off of the charger today there were no lights on or anything, I tried pressing the trigger, nothing, the menu button, nothing, I messaged suppport and they said that i could get a replacement for $134.99. Could it be battery failure? Because I am desperate and I do not want to pay the price

J'essaie d'appairer le Meta Quest 3s de ma maman, mais il y a un problème : j'ai ce message sur mon téléphone : http://www.image-heberg.fr/files/17805792531660627232.jpg Je suis connecté au même réseau Wi-Fi, mais le casque n'est pas détecté. Le message suivant s'affiche dans le casque : Ouvrez la dernière version de l'application et suivez les étapes de configuration pour effectuer l'appairage. L'application Meta Horizon est facultative une fois l'appareil configuré. L'appairage ne fonctionne pas ? Vous devez peut-être entrer le code : XXXXXXX. J'ai une option : « Casque géré par votre organisation ». Connectez-vous à votre organisation. Que dois je faire exactement ? Merci
Can't un/pair controllers to Meta 3 Headset
Hi, I have about 20 Meta Quest 3 headset. I mostly develop for them hands free, so I don't care about the controllers at all. The things is all the controllers got mixed up. I want to do factory reset on many devices but I can't proceed without pairing some controllers, but they don't pair because they are paired to hell knows what device with hell know which account. I need to re-pair them without accessing original account as it mentioned in support: https://www.meta.com/help/quest/967070027432609/ Also this factory reset method for the controllers don't work too: Quest 3 controller pairs but none of the buttons work - 1107964 Please help me solve this controllers hell.

Oculus Quest 3s, переодически в процессе игры перезапускает подключение к WiFi и изображение полностью теряется (фризит) на несколько секунд и даже идет снова подключение, хотя на компьютере все отлично и никаких проблем нет среда использования Steam VR в процессе гонки это не допустимо, создаются аварийные ситуации
Meta Horizon Link with non-admin privileges ?
Hi, To connect my quest 3 in PCVR, I installed Meta Horizon Link on PC, using an admin account. When I use that admin account, all seems quite ok. Now, I'd like to switch back to my standard Windows account (non-admin), and use it, but I have some failures... 1. The link is established, I see the app in the quest. 2. I click on Desktop, I see my computer 3. BUT I cannot click on any icon: it does not seem to be a problem with the button/click not recognized: I can't even see the roll-over effects when the cursor gets above icons... I need to use my PC mouse to open the apps. And when I do so, quite all apps seems to hang. Using the admin rpovilege account, eveything is ok: 1. link ok 2. roll-over effect and clicks on icons using quest pads 3. Applications run... Any idea if there is a way to make the quest 3 to run with non-admin account ? I'd like to avoid to log on my admin account each time I want to use the Quest... (and no, I don't want to give admin privileges to the account I use daily) Thanks in advance ! /Antoine
Quest link cable disconecting too often
Hi, I've been unsing quest link for years... I have even 2 headsets (quest 2) and 2 cables. For the last year I was using Virtual Desktop what has made the often problematic process of conecting with my PC way smoother... But it requires 5G in addition to the cable. I'm in a room with no 5G so I started using again quest link through cable. It worked well for a while but since last updates about 2-3 weeks ago, I'm having disconections. -The screen freezes with jagged borders and I lose the conection with the PC. -In the past, I could sometimes at least re-conect to the PC and save the game situation... however now either the screen becomes pitch black or simply cannot connect again... I wonder if other users are having this issue. I never trusted quest link very much... BTW: I even moved the Desktop to an area with 5G to test this issue. Quest link got broken but with Virtual Desktop I could play without issues.I have access to my Meta account on Quest 3, but I cannot log in on my phone
I have access to my Meta account on Quest 3, but I cannot log in on my phone or PC because SMS verification codes are not arriving. I have tried multiple phone numbers and even a new Meta account, but no SMS messages are delivered. The issue has persisted for more than a week. Please help me recover access or reset the SMS-based verification method.
Problem with pairing my metaquest
One day my metaquest was stuck in the startup cycle and I tried everything to fix it and nothing worked so I had to factory reset it, after factory resetting it it dident remove the device from my metaquest app and I cant remove the device from the app either, also when I press add new device it does nothing so im stuck here not being able to play anything.New headset. Can’t get old account!
Hi all. I’m in a bit of a pickle. I own a meta quest 2 and 3S. The 3S died and we used the warranty to get a new one. However it turns out both systems were set up under the same Gmail account. I cannot for the life of me get my sons games and progress from the S3 back! The new headset doesn’t even have “quick settings” so I can’t log out and try a different log in. Any help is greatly appreciated.
