I go to try and buy meta coins and im restricted. Also I been trying to update my payment info which hasn't changed and there is a error with red triangle and exclamation marks! Can someone please tell me why this is happening? I filed a ticket...
Is this for paying for the credits or the payout account? Can you send me a screenshot of the error itself?

It's for both..I can't use my gift card either
My credit card works when I'm making other purchases other then buying meta coins and I can't receive my rewards cash on my account from meta
