Is this for paying for the credits or the payout account? Can you send me a screenshot of the error itself?

It's for both..I can't use my gift card either
My credit card works when I'm making other purchases other then buying meta coins and I can't receive my rewards cash on my account from meta
When I press appeal a error comes up so I can't appeal it! This seems to be a meta issue all of a sudden because it's happening to many of us in horizon..Please fix the issue because all these difficulties are taking the fun out of the oculus!
