It might be, you should receive an email that contains a link to the appeal process. Use that to have your sound checked and possibly approved.
We've received no emails and it has been quite a few days since it has happened. Almost all of the music - much of it from Facebook's own library - is muted and not usable.

This sounds like a bug. I'd recommend creating a support ticket so our internal teams can track and triage this.

Hey karmacomposer, can you double check the email you have on file? All account related interactions go to the email on file for you Meta account. I've also filed this as a bug.

I wasn't originally talking about this, but I can link this in my post. Now seeing it's this page vs. sounds provided through GenAI or in samples, this seems like a feature request.

I would like to add that I am involved in this project as well. The team has followed the instructions from the documentation
and it is still in review after many days. This was never a problem with Facebook Sounds Collection in the past.

Can you verify that everyone experiencing this linked they're FB's to their Meta account? It looks like it's a req in the documentation. We're triaging this as a bug, but just want to double check on that detail.
