Cannot share asset folders

I'm trying to share an asset folder with another developer. However, in the web interface when I add the username using the share button, I get this error (where xxx is the user's name I'm trying to add)

 

1 person could not be given access
xxx is not able to use shared folders at this time.
 
What does this error mean? This user is added as an editor of my world, but I can't share any asset folders with him, apparently.

    Asset sharing is only available between members of the MHCP. If the other person is not a member, that would be reason of the error.

      I am actually getting that error as well and the other creator IS in the MHCP. Has the welcome email, tools and all.

        LadyMo218 I think we already have a ticket for this person, but if they haven't submitted a ticket, please let them know to reach out to us in the Support Center.

    Ok my collaborator is also now fully in the MHCP and I still can't share folders.. Where do you submit a support ticket for this?

        Can you please share the steps to share a folder? We waited on this thread for over a week but hasn't been useful, and my friends are stuck with the same issue. I'd really appreciate it, thank you!
