Can't update payout account info

Good afternoon!

I've been trying for weeks to update my payout account info to fix a typo in the address, but every single time I end up with this error: "Something went wrong when securely transmitting your data. Please try again."

 

This has been going on for weeks (4-6), I've tried with different browsers, many times. I've even opened a ticket in the Meta Portal Support, and after many messages they closed it because "We cannot assist you with your Changing payout address situation because we provide support for Meta Store products and services only.".

 

I can't add my tax info because it's automatically using the wrong address. Has anyone run into a similar problem? Any advice will be appreciated.

    Yes, we have to same issue. Our bank routing number was entered incorrectly when signing up for the MHCP, and we were unable to change it to the correct number. After going back and forth for weeks, someone at Meta manually changed it to the correct number, but now all of our payments are stuck in "Processed." The new Milestone Rewards program that started yesterday has a message at the top of the page that mentions that we need to set up our payment account, but trying to do so ends in the "something went wrong error."

    The amount owed through bonuses and other rewards is starting to pile up, but I have no doubt Meta will eventually make it right. They did comment about a month ago that they seemed to be aware of the issue:
