Any chance there's a central place where I can see what's available to me? I didn't realize there were restrictions.
Can I do any In-World Purchases (IWP) at all, like "consumables" and "durables"? Can I sign up for the Bonus Program every month?
Can I only do that stuff if I'm a "Partner" and not merely a "Creator"?
Yes, you can make consumable and durable IWP items. You can read more about IWP creation on the creator documentation site.
Avatar clothing is one specific feature that is currently in a closed Alpha.
