Custom UI broken

Hello,

There seems to be a new update as of today that broke Custom UI for my world. Another user in the discord also reported similar issue. This seems to happen when the world has many local custom UI with bindings. Some of the bindings stop working and some UI will not load asset or slow to load image asset. And I use Focused Interaction to pan my camera, this becomes laggy with this new issue. 

Note this issue is not seen with a simple world with a few local UI and bindings. Only ones with many UI local UI with bindings.
