  • 1. The hierarchy is probably the most useful over in headset building.

    2. The ability to undock panels, move them around and dock them somewhere else would be nice. I personally prefer to have my hierarchy and inspector right next to each other. The ability to separate build view and game view would also be nice. Integrated support for GitHub would be a plus as well.

    3. I use it to import assets, place assets, create and assign scripts and test the world. There are other things. I only use the headset for precise object placement, VR testing and 2 player testing.

  • Needs:

    • Ability to resize/collapse the Hierarchy panel and the Property Panel.
    • Edge and/or Vert snapping.
    • Ability to test IWP purchases.

    Fixes:

    • Collab invitation notifications require you to restart the client or enter and leave a world before they appear.

I use the editor exclusively now and I have been enjoying it. Personally, I am not seeing any major pain points, but the ability to edge snap would be my pick for the main focus.
