Facebook monetization scam

Hello. 

My fb account is verified. I tried to chat with the agent. I v been waiting over 12 hours but nobody replied in that chatting window. 

I tried to start a new conversation but it said "we e already chatting". It s so frustrating. Is there any way to get help?

I've been waiting over 12 hours for help with my monetization bonus. I've met the requirements (2 posts with 50k+ reach), but the system isn't counting views correctly. One post reached 63k, and the other over 50k. There's 1 day left, and it's showing a delay. This has happened before.
