Feb Bonus not available?

Is this a problem for everyone or just me? It says Feb bonus not available.

Hello!

We have a creator manual where you can find information about the Meta Horizon Creator Program (MHCP). The Bonuses section of the manual explains that enrolled members are eligible to earn for the first 28 days of the month, regardless of when they sign up during that month.

  Hello thank you, it did work, although I had to refresh the page many times to get it to actually load. Will my bonus only start from today, or for the whole month?
