Hacked account Meta Support Sucks

I previously managed a business page linked to a separate email address. Recently, my Meta/Instagram account was compromised. An unauthorized party gained access and proceeded to change the account's email address, added a new phone number, and eventually linked their email to the Meta account while removing mine.

Following this, it appears the account name may have been changed or the account itself deleted. When I attempt to log in using either the original email address or the new email/phone number associated with the account, I am redirected to Instagram's Can't log in page, with no further options or support available.

I still have access to the original email account and have received multiple notifications confirming the unauthorized changes such as login attempts, email changes, and account access alerts. Despite having this documentation and proof of ownership, I have been unable to find any direct support contact or method through Meta or Instagram to report this issue or recover the account.

I am seeking assistance in recovering my account or at least establishing contact with someone at Meta who can help resolve this matter.
