Has anyone having problem with payout account? (Verify documents)

I was asked to verify documents for my payout account, but when I click the "Verify Documents" button, it redirects me back to the Meta Horizon homepage. I couldn’t upload my documents, and I’ve also tried doing this on my mobile device.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
