So I've added Meta's Public Asset folder to my account, but I'm told there's actually a bunch of new assets but I don't see them when I search for them (specifically NPCs). How do I update my Public Assets folder so I have all the new ones? I no longer see the Asset Folder option in the Build Menu which is how I added it in the first place, I think.
The Public Asset library is generally updated by Meta at the same time for all users. There are some exceptions like slow rollouts, geographic restrictions or GK access, but generally speaking, these are available to everyone.
The location of these assets changed. Instead of the Build menu, they are now in the bottom panel, where the Console is. The tab is called Asset Library, and the category Public Assets.
There are many other assets shared by individuals, but getting access to these requires asking the owner of the shared folder.
