How can I play the MHCP games?

I'm a developer in mainland China and I want to participate in the development of MHCP games, but the Horizon system prompts that it is not currently open to our region. Even if I change VPNs many times and choose VPN nodes in US, it still did't work. Is there any way I can open MHCP games in Horizon?😔
