How Do I get help?

Hello All

I have been constantly asking for help with "meta support" for MONTHS now, I applied to be a partner last year and everytime I check it just says Submission "under review".  I want to do my own clothes shop, but cant do it until they put me as partner, Ive asked why its taking so long as I applied in Nov last lyear and i keep getting fobbed off or directed somewhere else who then tell me to go back to the orginal place i started.  My other issue is its asking me to update my account information and when i chick update it say something went wrong whilst transmitting data, please try again later.  I am sick of going artound in circles with no answers so does anyone know who to speak to or how i esculate this as a complaint, ps i have done the trouble shooting steps...

    Let me look in to this for you and provide an update when I find further information regarding this. For your other issue can you please provide a screenshot of it so we can see where the issues lies and file a ticket for a possible technical glitch or issue.

      No I got nowhere, they said I don’t qualify but I’m more qualified then other partners, so I’ve asked again to look at it again ticket number 65101

    Hello Im still waiting to hear why i havent been put as a partner yet? i will keep asking until i get a sufficient answer, all i get a response from is someone called javier saying i do not qualify, I have done everything and i more than qualifiy, so i would like someone to explain why im not added as a partner yet? and if not a sufficiant answer then i want to esculate this

      Although I have no say in this., what are the qualifications you're submitting as proof?

        hey seeing blue

        i havent submitted just the application i did in nov nothing i told them i have a world getting roughly 1000 a week, im on the mhcp, ive been on world highlights i have other worlds too, plus i collaborate with lots of other creators either as editor or tester, i have X amount of followers on insta tic toc and facebook, and i teach nes users, and i applied way back in nov last year! So, now they said i also need a world in vrchat or roblox.  So i said well how come i know loads of people who have never created a world get accepted as a partner it makes no sense

    hey seeing blue a have a main world that gets over 1000 vistors a week and growing, i have been on meta 2 years where i modded for a year keeping the community together, i have built primative as well as trimesh, i share my assets where i can i teach new people how to build, and provide a mentoring role in my teaching, i have no violations, neither does any of my worlds. So what more can i do, and why am i breaking my neck, when meta has given it to loads of people who dont even own a world? I feel all my hard work is wasted

      Reply to your zendesk ticket, tell them the world name and ask them how many monthly active users they see in the last 30 days, wait for them to reply with the answer.
