Instance closing glitch

Is anyone else having an issue with their worlds where the instance is randomly closing after 10 or so minutes. I know of a few worlds it's happening in where the instance constantly lock and no - one can get in. I have already submitted a ticket for it and they're trying to work it out but no luck at the moment and it really has an effect on your world particularly when you have events and people cant get in and on new users going into empty instances. I just wanted to see if other people are experiencing this issue.
