Is India eligible for Partner enrollment in the Meta Horizon Creator Program?

I understand that India is currently not eligible for general enrollment in the Meta Horizon Creator Program.
I would like to confirm whether creators or studios based in India can still participate through Partner enrollment in the MHCP.
My account meets the remaining requirements (18+, Meta account in good standing), and I would appreciate guidance on the correct path to participate from India.

You are correct, general enrollment is not available to India for MHCP.
