You could store in a PPV for that player that they purchased that IWP. Or you could use the IWP apis to see if they processed that sku string. But you can only check that info when they are in the world. There are not currently any world persistent variables (WPV), other than leaderboard gizmos.
You could use a resetting daily leaderboard to see who has purchased in the last 24 hours.
