Leaderboards broken

I see leaderboards are broken on the Android mobile app today. When I click on the finger icon I expect to zoom into a leaderboard but instead it disappears.

      Thanks for letting us know about this ongoing issue. We want you to have the best experience possible with your device and we would like to know if your device has been updated recently, and if you have attempted to reset your device and launch the app again. 

       

      If the issue persists after resetting and updating your device, you can always send us a private message and we will be more than happy to provide you with further assistance with your issue.

      I found another world where the leaderboard works, so this may be a problem only with some worlds. I reported the issue using the issue reporter in the desktop editor.

      Sadly, the leaderboards remain broken in my world and in some other worlds I have visited as well. Frustratingly they occasionally and randomly work, but most of the time zooming in makes them disappear.

        Thanks for keeping us updated on this! 

        If you'd like to report this bug in Horizon Worlds, you can use the following steps:

        1. Open the Horizon Worlds app.
        2. Then, while holding both of your controllers, press down simultaneously the A&B buttons on the right controller and the X&Y buttons on the left controller.
        3. Pressing all four buttons will start the process of the bug report. You can then submit details of the issue.
        4. Once you submit the bug report our engineering team will be able to zone in on the issue more effectively!

  • Thanks. However, I already submitted a bug report via the Horizon Worlds desktop editor almost a week ago.
