Forum Discussion
1. Bring back IT tickets in discord back. So the bugs can resolve sooner.
2. Better ways to search problems and locate the answer/solution, as a whole is a huge problem.
3. Videos of step by step instructions and written step by step instructions are the way I learn new skills best.
4. We need some sort of way to escalate issue we experience to IT faster. We cant be sitting around hoping something will get fixed next patch. That is turn reflects badly directly on the creator. The player does not understand or care if the problem cannot be solved by us the creators or not. Meta needs to be there for us fast to resolve bugs affecting our world or the game as a whole.
