I’d love to see the program hold onto its original spirit as a community-driven, hobbyist-friendly space while still welcoming new audiences. Lately, it feels like the focus has shifted heavily toward mobile players and contests, which makes sense for growth but leaves long-term creators feeling sidelined. To make my experience more valuable, I’d like to see a better balance—opportunities that support both beginners and experienced creators. For example, offering diverse projects or incentives that don’t solely cater to one group would keep the platform inclusive and rewarding. Reconnecting with the community roots that made this program special would mean the world to many of us.
One of the biggest challenges right now is the lack of education. We’re given access to incredible tools, but there’s little guidance on how to use them effectively—especially when it comes to scripting and advanced features. I’d benefit greatly from more detailed resources, like comprehensive tutorials, clear documentation, or even structured courses that start with the basics and progress to more complex topics. Right now, it’s a bit like being handed a toolbox without instructions, which can be overwhelming. Filling this gap would help creators like me turn ideas into reality with confidence and skill.
For me, a mix of learning options works best. Video tutorials are great for seeing concepts in action, and cloneable works I can dissect let me experiment hands-on, which speeds up my learning. I’d also love workshops or mentorships for deeper, tailored guidance—those could be game-changers for tackling trickier skills. While challenges and competitions can be fun and inspiring, they’d feel more beneficial if they focused on learning and growth rather than just prizes, which sometimes feel out of reach or misaligned with our goals. A variety of these resources would suit different learning styles and keep us engaged.
To better support us, I’d suggest two key improvements. First, Stability With UPDATES is a huge concern—every week, it seems like an update breaks something that was working perfectly, while fixing something else. It’s discouraging and makes creating feel like a gamble. More thorough testing before releases would help us trust the platform again. Second, bringing back the social vibe would make a big difference. The shift toward a mobile-focused, less community-oriented experience feels anti-social compared to what drew many of us here. Adding features or events that spark collaboration and interaction could rekindle that magic.
On the bright side, the tools themselves are amazing when they work—they’re powerful and open up endless creative possibilities. That potential is what keeps me here. But to keep it fun and motivating, we need reliability and a stronger community focus based around transparency and ultimately keeping us informed without having to jump thru so many hoops to get simplicity of communication across to the needs of each individual. Everyone I talk to that's involved in this just loses track of their creative mindset in the moment going in strong and then never finishing the world because of new random changes leaving them feel discouraged.
