MAJOR BUG: Spawning is not supported for asset type _UnknownValue

I just updated to the latest version of the Desktop Editor, and now when I try to create a new object in my world, I get this error:  Spawning is not supported for asset type _UnknownValue. 

I created a new world and tried to see if the issue still occurred, and it did. I also tried restarting the editor, and that did not work. The Desktop Editor is essentially bricked now.

    Restarting my computer and reinstalling the application did not work. Do not update to the latest version of the editor.

    The VR editor is broken as well. If you try using the VR editor to spawn an asset, you get the same error. You can't spawn gizmos either or drag in public assets.

    This platform issue is now resolved.
