Media Gallery Gizmo access? (US based an MCHP member)

It seems that there are gizmos that are not accessible to some users. One gizmo I heard about yesterday is the Media Gizmo. However, as another user reported as well, I cannot seem to find this in my Desktop Editor gizmo listing... Does one need more access to enable this gizmo? 

Alternatively, is it possible to create a typescript/UI that does the same?

      Can you send a screenshot of the full list of gizmos that we should be seeing? 

      I'm also keen to understand if there are other forms of free-form user content input gizmos, like text entry (input field) for example?
