Meta Horizon Worlds Desktop Editor - not running

indows 11: Installed the Meta Horizon Worlds Desktop Editor.

No errors during installation. When I double click the Worlds Desktop Editor.exe file, it starts running in the background. I can see the .exe fired up in the Task Manager. However, the application doesn't start. I can't use it.

• How to troubleshoot?
• Where to fond log files and issues so I can post and fix this?

I can't do anything without the app.
