Is there a reason why my “Milestone Rewards” going down and not up?

If you mean the stats used to compute the milestone rewards, it may be because they are measured in the window for the last 28 days. Once a milestone requirement is met, the reward should not be retracted though even if the window stats go down.
My hours are going down and not up. It shouldn’t be doing that.
They would if the usage at the beginning of the 28 day window was higher than at the end. As the days go on, the beginning of the window shifts.
