Milestone Rewards

Hi!  I have a banner across the top of the milestone rewards page that says :

To receive payment for your milestone rewards, you need to finish setting up your payout account by adding your tax information.

I click on update information link but everything is updated and my W9 shows verified.  How can I fix this?
