Missing avatar bottoms template

I was working on a design for a pair of avatar shorts.  In the recent update to the avatar Bottoms templates, the template I was using is no longer listed as a bottom.  Can you add it back, please? The template is of some athletic shorts. Please see the attached images and files. Video of missing shorts

    I was told that these shorts should be back in the templates.

      Well, this was solved, but it seems, yet again, it was removed from the templates. Is there a reason why this exact item keeps being removed?

      There is now a template there, that template has no draw-strings.
