Monetization and B/A details

Hi there, I'm trying to link a bank account to my Horizon account and it's not asking for a bsb number (only account number) and doesn't give me an option to use Paypal. It also won't accept the SWIFT code for the  bank I'm currently with, which is an online bank. 

Before I setup an account with another bank here in Australia, is anyone familiar with these issues here or can help me with this setup?
