Hi LittleMadam​, using reporting tools in headset or on your mobile device is the best way to report an issue occurring in worlds.
If this does not apply, you can report an issue by opening a ticket in our support center.

They are unfortunately terrible at dealing with delicate matters. I myself have given up as at this point I feel like if I try I only build hope and at that point I have lost
