Payout Issue not resolved

Good morning, 

I hope someone can help I am in a disperate situation for the past 5 months the payout for my 2 facebook pages as been kept on hold. Despite submitting my identity verification documents multiple times—such as my ID card and PayPal statement and taking the selfie repeatedly via the app—my payouts are still on hold. It’s especially puzzling because this same PayPal account is used for ad payments. I have talked with 20-30 people from support but not solution to my issue and last weekend to top it up they have also limited my earnings on my pages. So far Meta owns me almost $8k. I have tried everything I don’t know what else I can do. If anyone was or is in the same situation maybe you could help.
