Photo Gallery Inside the World

Hi, I’ve seen in some Horizon games that creators have included what looks like a photo gallery gizmo that people can use to upload content from those worlds. I also saw it in Horizon Central during the winter update. I’d like to know where it is in the editor, since I can’t find it under Gizmos.

 

I'm attaching a photo from one of the games where I saw this entity.

    For the media board to show up in your world once it is placed, there does need to be at least one photo taken and published within your world. If there are no photos able to be displayed, the board will not appear.

    It is the Media Board Gizmo. Just go to Build mode and pull the gizmo into your world. It will appear blank at first. But once your world is published, you and others can add photos to the world page and you will see them populate on the media board.  You can also add the photos right from the gizmo itself once the world is published and there is at least 1 photo on the world page. 🙂

      It seems that this Gizmo exists, but not for me. Is it something only certain creators have access to, or is it no longer available for some reason? I’d really like to know, since I wanted to add something like that to my world, and without that Gizmo, I can’t.

        i have the same problem - i also don't see a media board gizmo in horizon desktop?

      This is cool! Can we have this point to a URL of an image?

        The media board shows images that have been taken in the world and shared by anyone who visited the world. The images must be approved by the world creator before they will show up on the media board. You can't point to any specific URLs with this gizmo.

    Hmm... have you gone in through the VR headset editor to see if it is in the gizmo menu there? Please check and then post back.

      hmm i'm creating for mobile - why is the media gizmo only for VR?

        It shows up in my Desktop Editor, so not sure why you both aren't seeing it. Are you located within the US? Are you in MHCP?
