pipeline: glb to horizon-okay fbx + png?

Does anyone have a good pipeline for converting glb to horizon-ready fbx + png 

 

it's my understanding that horizon custom mesh upload requires the texture as a single png file to be separate from the fbx?

  • Personally I use Blender to import the glb model, then often simplify and retexture it before exporting it to fbx. Currently I'm using Imphenzia's tiny texture file system and have implemented some simple files to map that to Horizon Worlds' roughness and metallicity system.

      what is your final export setting in blender to have the mesh + texture be acceptable as uploads to horizon?
