Placing .ts files in their own folder seems to make them not findable in Desktop Editor?

I am trying to organizing what's becoming dozens of .ts files into their own folders, but it seems that this makes them un-findable in Desktop Editor? How do we organize file structures for projects with lots of .ts?

    i tried organizing them into folders and noticed DE no longer registered the ts files!!

    I haven't tried. I assumed you couldn't move them. I just leave them all in the root and name them appropriately. The DE should support script folders though. That is a good suggestion.
