Probably simple - Have an issue in the editor switching between preview desktop to VR and then back

Hi there, 
I'm just starting in the world's editor.  Hope you dont mind me asking a simple question.

Im starting to get the hang of the editor I just have very silly situation/glitch happening when I preview on PC desktop and then mobile it works great and when I switch to VR its works. 
But then when I come back to preview in editor to desktop or mobile it breaks the pose of the hands and mobile doesnt work and 2 reticles appear and nothing has changed code wise Can someone give me their opinion i've attached a video walkthrough showing the issue And please ask me any questions.

I started simple and testing by remixing the zombie wave game haven't edited the code yet.
