There is a purchase issue going around when it come to people trying to buy my clothes some people can purchase my clothes with no issues then there are people that are not able to purchase my clothes. Few people have contacted me with this issue not sure how to fix that.
Do they report any error messages or what happens when they try to purchase?
One person said they think they figured out what’s going on. They said it will not let them purchase anything if they buy multiple things in their cart. When they purchase one item at a time it works fine. The second person showed me images. It’s like it blocks the purchase the page is just greyed out and won’t let them select anything. I noticed that had two things in the cart. I told them to try purchasing an item one at a time to see if that works since the other person mentioned that. Looks like a cart issue.
