Purchase failure in Avatar editor

Anyone else facing a road block with people trying to purchase your items via the Avatar editor? I have gotten countless messages from people trying to purchase items via the avatar editor and receiving an error saying "Purchase failed" which is now affecting all of my items. This was never an issue prior and seems to have started all of a sudden and affecting a couple other creators as well. I've been experiencing this for over a month at this point and has severely affected my work.
